Just the other day we saw our first group of Grey whales heading south to the Calving Lagoons of Baja Mexico. This is a great time to get out and enjoy that kayaking adventure you\'ve been wanting all year. Our Whale watching season officially opens Oct 30th and runs through December.
We are just about to start the season for Dungeness crab and the Humboats staff can\'t wait to get out there and soak some pots. If you\'d like to try crabbing from a kayak give us a call and we\'ll coach you through the whole process and send you home with dinner to boot.
Like the Grey Whales, Humboats too will migrate to Baja for a few weeks this winter. Little Amelia gets her first taste of solo kayaking on the Sea of Cortez.

Comments: What makes Trinidad bay Unique and unrivaled amongst the serious kayaking crowd is it\'s easy protected access and it\'s sheer abundance of wildlife at nearly every turn. Here we are out on a day of whale watching and getting up close to a group of stellar Sea-lions that have amassed in great numbers here this year.Click on pic to enlarge.
