Trinidad Bay Whale watching & wildlife tour. Sept 5th 9am-noon No prior experience nec. All equipment and instruction provided--$75 (call ahead 4 reservation)

Humboldt bay wildlife Eco-tour Sat. Sept. 4th 11am-1pm. Kayak lesson included with tour as well as all equipment and expert guides. A great tour for families with children

RENTALS available for Labor day weekend (call ahead to reserve as boats are limited)

Sea-kayaking Basics class. Sat Sept 11, 9am-3pm reservation req. (bring a sack lunch)

Full moon Kayak Tour

Flashlights required. all are welcome. $50pp

It\'s been an unusually cold summer this year on the Humboldt coast. We see folks from all over the country and world passing through our little rental shop on Humboldt Bay. They can\'t believe this is the sunny California they always heard about. I joke with them that selling fleece and sweaters is booming industry here locally. Things seem to be turning around however with Indian summer kicking in and a string of some very nice, sunny days. We are looking forward to a very active and busy Labor day weekend.
